Probolinggo, Sunday, May 10, 2026 – The construction of an individual septic tank for the home of Mrs. Hotimah, a resident of Sumur Hamlet RT 14 RW 05, Brabe Village, Maron District, Probolinggo Regency, has been completed 100 percent. The project is one of the physical targets of the 128th TMMD program carried out by Kodim 0820 Probolinggo.
The septic tank was built to support healthy sanitation programs and prevent environmental pollution. With this facility, Mrs. Hotimah, 50, and her family now have a more proper, safe, and ready-to-use household waste disposal system.
On-site, TMMD Task Force personnel worked together with local residents to complete the final installation stages. The construction process was carried out carefully to ensure the structure is solid and meets health standards.
Sertu Frangki from Koramil 0820-21 Maron, who is assigned to the location, said the work has been fully completed. He confirmed that the septic tank can be immediately used by the beneficiary.
“Thank God, the construction of Mrs. Hotimah’s septic tank has been completed 100 percent. We hope this facility will be beneficial for the health of her family,” said Sertu Frangki.
Mrs. Hotimah expressed her gratitude and appreciation for the assistance in building the septic tank at her home. She admitted that she had previously struggled to provide proper sanitation facilities due to financial limitations.
Residents of Sumur Hamlet also expressed appreciation for the 128th TMMD program, which they believe has brought tangible improvements to village life. The presence of the Indonesian Army has had a direct impact on improving environmental quality and public health.
The 128th TMMD Task Force of Kodim 0820 Probolinggo is targeting all sanitation-related projects to be completed on schedule. The program reflects the TNI’s strong commitment to supporting the welfare of the people of Brabe Village. (*)
